4.1 Personal License (Included)

When purchasing a product, you are granted a:

  • Non-exclusive
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-commercial license

You may:

  • Use the artwork for personal purposes only

You may NOT:

  • Resell the artwork
  • Share or distribute files
  • Upload to marketplaces or print-on-demand platforms
  • Use for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works (unless explicitly permitted)

5. Commercial License (Optional)

A commercial license may be purchased separately or agreed upon in writing.

This license may allow:

  • Use in commercial projects
  • Use in marketing, branding, or products

Important conditions:

  • Scope of use will be defined case by case
  • Dragolisco retains full copyright ownership
  • Resale of the artwork as standalone content is never permitted

6. Commissions (Custom Work)

6.1 General Conditions

Custom artwork (“commissions”) are subject to:

  • Prior agreement on scope, price, and delivery time
  • Partial or full payment in advance

6.2 Revisions

  • A limited number of revisions may be included
  • Additional revisions may incur extra costs

6.3 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Dragolisco retains full copyright ownership
  • The client receives a license of use (personal or commercial as agreed)

6.4 Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
  • Completed commissions are non-refundable

7. Digital Products

For digital products:

  • Delivery is made electronically
  • Once downloaded, no refunds will be granted, except where required by law

8. User Accounts (if applicable)

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

9. Limitation of Liability

Dragolisco shall not be liable for:

  • Interruptions of service
  • Technical errors
  • Misuse of products or artwork

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the website at any time
  • Update these Terms of Service without prior notice

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
