👉Download the mp4 video in the Downloads folder of your phone (or any other folder, it doesn't matter).
👉Tap on the mp4 video .
👉Tap on the three dots at the bottom right corner (Android).
👉and select "set as wallpaper" and then "lock screen".
👉Tap on "set on Lock Screen"
